  • All chains are 14k gold filled. The core metal is stainless steel. With no tarnishing or gold to wear off, the shine will stand the test of time.

  • If your doctors requires you to take off your permanent jewelry, simply cut the jewelry off at the jumpring. When you are done with your procedure, bring your piece back in so we can re-weld it.

  • You will not have any issues with your permanent jewelry when going through security.

  • Yes! We service children above the age of 5. All children under the age of 10 recieve 50% off their permanent jewelry experience, if no other specials are being ran.

  • We ensure the welded jewelry is secure before you exit your appointment. However, just because our pieces are designed to last, it does not mean they're unbreakable.If you need to remove your permanent jewelry or it comes off for any reason, you're welcome to bring it in.

    All reworked jewelry has a $10-$20 service fee for small repairs. If your jewelry is not in its original form and has been neglected, a new piece will be needed to be purchased. If the chain needs to be reworked, it's at 1/2 the cost of the original price you paid. We can not make the chain longer once it is cut, so to lengthen the chain we would require a new chain.

  • Solid Gold Jewelry is made entirely of gold, inside and out. It is highest priced jewelry due to the purity of the gold. It is an investment piece that will retain its value over time. Solid Gold will not tarnish or fade over the years and requires little maintenance.

Unlike gold plated jewelry, gold filled jewelry actually has a measurable amount of gold in it. This process of bonding the solid gold makes for jewelry that does not tarnish, peel, chip or discolor. Gold Filled is great for everyday pieces ifyou want to save a little money on. With proper care, gold filled jewelry can last for many years. Simply clean your jewelry every couple weeks with dawn soap & water to keep them sparkly & to extend the life of your jewels.
