BOOKING POLICIES
Take a moment to read all of the policies below. By booking your appointment, you agree that you have read and will follow our “Booking Policies” listed on our website. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in your appointment being rescheduled or cancelled.

Extra Guests
Permanent Jewelry:
Children and extra guests are welcome to accompany you to your permanent jewelry appointment. We have multiple areas for seating and complimentary water + snacks.
Brows:
Children under 18 are NOT allowed to accompany any cosmetic tattoo appointments.
Children ages 5+ are allowed to accompany brow tinting, lamination, or threading appointments. They must remained quiet + seated. Multiple disturbances will resut in a cancellation of your appointment.

Forms of Payment
Our POS (Point-of-Sale) used is Square. Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards, and also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Afterpay. We also accept cash payments. We do not keep a register on site, so all cash payments must be exact.

Rescheduling + Cancellations
If you wish to rescheule/cancel you appointment, you may do within your confirmation email up to 48 hours before your scheduled apponment. Any reschedules or cancellations beyond the 48-hour window will result in a forfeiture of deposit and a new appointment must be booked.

Appointments
All scheduling is to be done online or in-person during a schedued appoitment. We accept no walk-ins at this time.

Tardiness
Please make sure you are on time to your appointment. You have a 10 minute grace period. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

No Call/No Show
You will be banned from booking and refused service indefinitely.

Animals
Animals are not permitted except for guide or service animals accompanying persons with disabilities.

Refunds
All sales are final. There will be no refunds nor exchanges.
